Zur Musik von Boismortiers wollen wir in diesem Kurs eine Gruppenchoreographie erarbeiten, eine typische Szene, wie sie wohl in den barocken Opern und Balletten vorkommen kann: eine Gruppe von zarten lieblichen Nymphen trifft auf eine Gruppe wilder Faune. Die Teilnehmer werden in zwei Gruppen geteilt und werden wechselweise beide Rollen verkörpern. Neben den tänzerischen Elementen werden auch Pantomime und Charakterdarstellung mit berücksichtigt.
Der Kurs ist nicht für Anfänger geeignet.
To music of Boismortiers we create a choreography for a groupe of dancers, acting as lovely nymphs and wild fauns who meet up - a typical scene. For this we use baroque dance repertoire and pantomime. The workshop is not suited for beginners in baroque dance.

After training at the Dance Academy in Cologne (Germany), Pierre-François Dollé joined the company of ballet of the Bonn Opera, the theater of Schleswig-Holstein, or the European Ballet in London. In these companies, he danced many classical or contemporary ballets as well as musicals. Back in France, he obtained his dance teacher State Diploma. He regularly teaches for workshops, courses or training in classical dance or old dances. He participated in productions of the National Opera of Paris as « Les Boréades », « Le Mariage de Figaro », « Les Indes galantes » etc ... In 2005, he discovered the Baroque style and joined the company L'Eclat des Muses-Christine Bayle. Since, he met and discovered the work of many directors, choreographers and conductors of the baroque scene, including Benjamin Lazar, Robert Carsen, Gudrun Skamletz, MarieGeneviève Massé, Françoise Denieau, William Christie, Vincent Dumestre or Hervé Niquet. Pierre-François is also a choreographer for various dance and theater companies. He choreographed in 2016 « L’Avare » from Molière, in a staging of Alexander Stajic, and in 2017 he created a duet « L’Inconstante » with harpsichordist Marie van Rhijn, on the occasion of the festival « In the Gardens of William Christie ». Finally, he is artistic director and choreographer of the Cie Fantaisies Baroques, founded with Irene Feste, whose shows are for example « Danceries en Fables », or the new creation in 2018 « L’Ile des esclaves » based on the famous Marivaud's novel. Dance research is a center of his current work, in the Cie Fantaisies Baroques on treaties of the First Empire and with Christine Bayle on treaties of the early seventeenth century.
